The MIT Sloan School of Management is seeking candidates for a tenure-track faculty position in Strategic Management. Candidates who will complete the Ph.D. by the start of employment, or who are one to four years post-Ph.D., will be considered, as will more senior candidates. Candidates may have concentrated their doctoral studies in the organizational and behavioral sciences, strategic management, or related fields, such as economics, sociology, history, or other relevant social sciences. Candidates must have a rigorous research portfolio that advances social science and is relevant to managerial practice. Teaching is an integral part of this position. Candidates with a focus in competitive strategy, corporate strategy, and/or the organizational aspects of strategic management are encouraged to apply.
